At Sumeru Academy, we provide digital products and online educational courses. All our content is instantly accessible after purchase.
Because of the nature of digital learning material, we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.


1. No Refunds

Once a purchase is completed, all payments are final.
We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect purchase
  • “I didn’t like the course”
  • “I didn’t use the course”
  • Technical issues caused by your device, browser, or internet connection
  • Any reason after accessing/downloading the digital content

Access to digital content is considered consumed once login credentials or course materials are delivered.


2. No Cancellations

Orders for digital courses cannot be cancelled after payment because access is granted immediately.


3. Duplicate Payments

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same course, contact us with proof of payment. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded.


4. Course Access Issues

If you face login or access problems, our team will assist you by:

  • Re-sending login details
  • Fixing account access
  • Helping resolve technical errors

Support does not include refunds.


5. Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe a transaction was made without your knowledge, report it to us within 24 hours. We may request verification documents before further action.
